Abhinav Raghuvanshi is the Co-Founder of India Counsel Network and an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India. With over 11 years of litigation, arbitration, and project advisory experience, Abhinav focuses on infrastructure disputes, international commercial arbitration, insolvency, and regulatory litigation.

He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Laws from the College of Legal Studies, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
Location
Abhinav regularly represents Indian and foreign clients in disputes before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and under institutional arbitration regimes including ICC and SIAC. He has advised and represented a wide range of stakeholders including foreign EPC contractors, state utilities, sovereign entities, and infrastructure conglomerates in matters involving construction, project abandonment, concession agreements, tariff determination, and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Abhinav has handled complex cross-border matters involving clients from China, Austria, and Singapore, including multi-million dollar disputes under foreign-seated arbitrations. He has also advised on disputes under the Electricity Act, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and other project-related regulatory regimes.
Beyond court advocacy, Abhinav is known for his role in pre-dispute strategy, contract risk management, and day-to-day project advisory. He frequently assists foreign and domestic clients with structuring agreements, reviewing tender documentation, and preparing contemporaneous records to fortify legal positions in future claims.
